The second trimester is notorious for givng you acne. I got a little bit on my chest during that time. Perhaps that is what you are seeing.

Little spots on your chest, do you mean ****??? No seriously;if they're little brown spots have them checked NOW,it could be signs of cancer or a weak liver.

All things can happen when you are pregnant, spots on you chest isnt somthing that is comon in pregnancy, but it could happen, i would talk to your doctor!

All women have different changes occurring during their pregnancy.
I would ask your doctor right away to see if it's anything to be concerned about, but this could be normal during your pregnancy.
