I certainly hope this isnt a serious question. It means they're silly, goofy, just being aloof, and having a good time.

The dictionary definition of " Bubbly " is one with immense flatulance, one under the influence of canned beans liable to drop their guts any second, one so full of s hit that their skiddies are capable of landing most aircraft inside their thongs.

All alternative meanings are basically false and should not be taken literally.

yes, it is probably best to move away at this stage, as there are three areas the gas can escape from. I have a friend who is a bubbly blonde, and she lets out some rip snorting pumps, the likes of which I do not think I will experience again, unless touring round a morgue.

Bubbly blondes awho drink champers are a bloddy good laugh until they start belching caviar flavour burps over ones head, and then hole three pumps out some gas right up ur nostrils...hey ho

nope.
the word bubbly is linked to the mood they're in- like after they've had a tad too much champagne- they become overly cheerful, find everything funny, laugh a lot and do silly things but don't get embarrassed as easily as when they're not bubbly. also, they tend to be more loving and flirt with anyone who catches their eye.

no it just means they're fat and have a boring personality

honestly, i've never seen a skinny or normal-weighted girl describe themselves as bubbly. the 'bubbly' personality consists of giggling and gossiping

When girls say they are "bubbly" that means that they're excited and lively.

I often describe myself as 'bubbly' For me it means lively, extrovert, full of energy and fun, adventurous, sociable, smiley, passionate etc. etc. etc.

Hmmmmm, but now you come to mention it, I have been having a few problems with 'wind' lately. :-/
