The Jets start 5-5, but finish 5-1 to beat out DEN, JAX, PIT, and CIN for a playoff spot.

PITT starts 2-6 but finish 8-8 with another late season turn-around, losing only to BAL in that span.

Philly goes 5-0 after losing Donovan McNabb.

Green Bay, who went 7-4 after an abysmal 1-4 start, including an 0-3 start at Lambeau, and only missed the playoffs by the 3rd tie-breaker (strength of schedule).

Jessica, I meant mid-season resurgence. If the question was for a turn-around from last season, there's no doubt that the Saints would be the pick! (I've ben a Drew Brees fan since his Purdue days)

do u really need to ask?? after one of the NFL's leading qb's goes down for the sesason, a backup fills in and leads his team to a division title?? the eagles have got it. After losing to the GIANTS, of all teams, under mcnabb, garcia takes his task of filling in, and and exceeded most everyone's expectations and leads a strong philly team into the playoffs.

Eagles or the Jets.

And Green Bay lost the strength of victory tiebreaker to the Giants, not the strength of schedule tiebreaker.

Green Bay. After a lousy season last year and a tough start this year, they finished up strong this year. Last year everybody felt bad for Brett Farve, this year, he turned it all around and at least give him some optimism if he comes back next year.

Proably the Eagles, because who thought the washed-up Garcia could do it. After that the Steelers, although having a healthy QB helped.

I have to give it to the Eagles for winning 3 straight tough divisional road games in a row to take the divison title.
