You can call Money Gram. They have an 1-800 number.
They will take the info/credit card info over the phoneand put it in their database immediately. Either way ask them for more info. You can go to their nearest office if you have cash to send.
The person/receiver will go to a Money Gram office nearest them in any city or community and can get the money that you sent withing 10 minutes.. They must have Identification. It might cost about $12.00. That is the cheapest and fastest that I found. It's well worth it when you need to send money withing the hour.

There are a couple of different ways you can do this. You can use PayPal. However, if you don't already have a PayPal account set up, it can take a couple days to set up and finalize the PayPal account since they have to verify your account with a deposit. If you're needing to send money quickly, this isn't the best option for you if you don't already have the account set up. Also, it can take a day or two for payments to process from a PayPay account to a bank account. Your other option is overnighting a cashier's check or money order to your desired destination.

Here's another option, but depends on where your friend banks and if there is a branch of that person's bank close to you. And this option has worked for me in the past. I live in Oklahoma and I needed to get money to a family member in West Virginia ASAP. They bank with Chase. Well, there is a Chase right next to my house. I asked my family member for their account number, went to the branch next door to my house, made a deposit into their account, and they instantly had the money in their account. That was a creative way of getting money to them ASAP, but of course this option will not work for everyone. It just really depends on whether or not the person you are trying to get money to banks with a state-to-state bank or not, and if there is a branch in your area.

Purchase a US Postal Service money order and then mail it to the recipient. Depending on the time frame, you may send the money order over night, or next day or regular first class mail.

Personally, I like paypal. It works for me. It cost nothing. It is there is minutes and to the person I want it to go to. The only draw back is they must have some type of account for it to go to. And they need a paypal account.
