Stress (anxiety) plays a big role in making your body sick. Anywhere from insomnia, headaches, body aches all the way to high blood pressure, fibomyalgia and worse symptoms. Try to control your stress with exercise, good food and not too much alcohol (that makes matters worse). If your symptoms do not improve, see a doctor because you don't want to mess around with increased heart rate. The only time you want your heart rate to increase is when you exercise. I hope this helps some.
Happy New Year to you and your family,
Dar S

Anxiety does cause all of these symptoms, or better put, these are all symptoms of anxiety.
When anxiety starts to cause physical problems you should consider trying to relief the stress somehow.
If you are worrying about these symptoms, go to a doctor.
They may or may not be serious. Anxiety can and sometimes does lead to medical problems

Yes, anxiety triggers certain areas of the brain which can cause you to hyperventilate which makes it feel like you cannot breath. Here is a useful website on the subject: http://www.medic8.com/healthguide/articles/hyperventsyn.html

Yes it can do, it could be a sign that you are having a panic attack of some kind, maybe see a doctor about it, good luck!

yeah it can. but you should also be getting other symptoms of anxiety and stress, things like change of apetite or sleep pattern, loss of concentration or change in mood. Maybe you should talk to someone about it, maybe family or a close friend.
