Does it means a good/bad thing when a guy said to a woman like this..'you are not as complicated as i thought.' and why??

it is a good thing for a relationship he thinks you will be open and honest with him he is one more stupid male ready to be plucked go for it .HNY

It can go either way. It can be a good thing if the woman thinks you are introgued and attracted to her and considers it as a pickup line. Or, it can be bad if the woman thinks that you are calling her emotional and moody. Now, if I was told that, I would probably be confused and that my lead to thinking the person was rude when they were not trying to be. Perhaps you should take it from a different approach.

This could be a compliment and could also be an insult to some of us. When some one doesn't know me and when I speak with them on the phone they thought I was rude (but sometimes I do)
and when they met me in person they were surprise about my personality. In my case it always a compliment.

you have to ask him. it's a good thing in his mind. and most likely yours too. (if you are attacted to him.)
hopefully he is not a complicated person. not good thing.
