Here's a pretty good list that I found online and a link to the article:

• 10. Tender, swollen breasts
• 9. Fatigue
• 8. Implantation bleeding
• 7. Nausea or vomiting
• 6. Increased sensitivity to odors
• 5. Abdominal bloating
• 4. Frequent urination
• 3. A missed period
• 2. Your basal body temperature stays high
• 1. The proof: A positive home pregnancy test

For me personally, the signs were really tender chest, I was sick like I had the flu, no period and a positive test, so you don't have to have all the symptoms. Probably taking a pregnancy test is the most important thing to do.

If your period is just late, but the pregnancy test is negative, could just be you're late (not that uncommon). Usually going for a run or a long walk, or having really vigorous sex (my choice :P) can make it start. Good luck to you, hope whatever you want is what happens.

Early pregnancy: light bleeding as the egg attaches to the wall of the uterus (doesn't always happen but can sometimes), missed periods, a feeling similar to being ill, sickness (not always in the morning), back ache (often sore bones) and in later pregnancy, there is most often weight gain and visible bump.

Sometimes in the beginning--none. In my case, I was three months pregnant and didn't know it. I had missed periods and took pregnancy tests, even went to the doctor and had a urine test done, all of them negative. I finally took a blood test to be sure and I ended up being pregnant. Best thing is to take a test. Good luck!!:)
