well i think shes a nice person, she helped the local people where hurricane katrina hit at the time, she is not like other celebs that are all into fame grabbing she seems sweet and innocent and she doesnt use her body to sell records or anything she seems decent happy new year

Hillary Duff is a very person - I just copied her CD on to my Daughter's and her friends MP3 players- so if my daughter thinks she is cool, then she MUST be a nice person- and she is also a big fan if Lizzie Maguire who is a very nice person as well= so there you have it! Yeah not that I know her aswell, but she is young and rich and has a lot of people telling her what to do, so i'm guessing she isn't a very nice person overall.
