If KC beats Indy, they go to San Diego and the NE/NYJ winner goes to Baltimore.

If Indy beats KC, the Colts go to Baltimore and the NE/NYJ winner goes to San Diego.

Same scenario in the NFC. If the Giants beat Philly, they go to Chicago and the Dallas/Seattle winner goes to New Orleans. If Philly wins, they go to New Orleans and the Dallas/Seattle winner goes to Chicago.
