I live in the city and a lot of places are closed too. But some places are open.

Depends. Where do you live? Most places are closed. The only places I know of that are open are some gas stations and convenience stores.

It is up to the owners to the stores. Many restaurants will be closes. In area, many movie theaters and retail establishments will be open.

Kroger-Wal-mart-Target- 7-11-all gas stations-just no federal buildings, well except the jails
