What's in your handbag?

What is the most important item in your handbag.
Got one for christmas and don't know what to put in it.

I just keep my purse, keys and phone in my bag :) I like it light and empty :)

I have two most important items - keys and purse.

I cant drive without keys - no point going out without money!

So i have keys, purse (two actually, one for change), cards, cheque book, makeup, tic-tacs (mints) and lots of other things which i probably dont need, or only need occasionally like a mini tape-measure and a tiny fruit knife. I used to have the cutest pair of scissors about the size of my thumb, but they were confiscated at Jersey airport (in case i held up the plane with them, no doubt!)

I can't believe a girl doesnt know what to put in her handbag! I'm sure you've filled it by now!

Wallet w/money, credit, and debit cards, work badge/access card, keys, cell phone, checkbook, 2 pens, 2 mechanical pencils, thin planner/agenda, small hairbrush, a pack of gum, a few pills of motrin, 2 band aids, feminine products, and a makeup bag with powder, lipstick, lipglosses, concealer, makeup sponge, hair pick/comb, retractable makeup brush. There are also a few random receipts and store coupons from my latest shopping trip.

Yes I'm a former girl scout and yes I like to be prepared :D If I had to name the most important item, I'd say my wallet.

Purse, mobile, car keys, pen and a notepad, 6 different lipsticks, mirror, mascara, a moisturising cream (travel size), mint drops and an emergency comb.

Plus odd stuff - endless receipts, an acorn (???), a pebble, a lollipop and a selection of earrings without their counterpart. Time to buy a new handbag, I guess..

In a girls hand bag you put the most important thing(s) to a girl... for me i put my wallet, cell phone, little notepad, and a mini make-up case with a mirror... an additional item could be chewing gum.

Everything in my handbag is important to me.

I keep my keys, purse, mobile, make-up, tissues, small perfume. Headache tablets, pocket sewing kit, lip gloss. Note book, pens. Thinking about it for such a small bag, it does hold a lot

My most important item...It's either the house keys or my medicated chap stick, lol (very dry lips). Other than that I've got my wallet, small knife, foundation, eye shadow stick (both of which I rarely wear), pen, lint brush, small mirror and a seamstress' measuring tape (I sew).

About 45 register receipts, check book, some pictures, two cell phones, plugs, ear phones, hair brush, a bunch of laminated cards, my keys, some bills, tiny pieces of reminder notes, some sketches of some projects I need to complete and a writing tablet my daughter insisted I have to become organized.

I have a day and evening purse. Whichever purse I choose for the day, here is what I put in it foundation, lipgloss, lipstick, mascara, palm pilot, cellphone, gum, bills, tampons, money, drivers licensce and social security card, keys, two apples in case I get hungry. mints, extra set of earrings, For evening, keys, lipstick, and mints. Most important is the tampons, never leave home without one.

Phone, purse, house keys, car keys, lip gloss, extra gum, hair bands, paracetamol, plasters, stamps, rescue remedy, nail file, tissues, wee tub of hair de-frizzier, mirror, cigarettes and 2 lighters and a couple of wee toys out of the crackers from Christmas day.
