Yes. Joel is supposendly dating Nicole Richie now..... the reason they broke up was the age difference was getting too complicated for them, and they media always made up rumors about them.. and no, Hilary is not dating Pete from Fall Out Boy or whoever..... I am a HUGE Hilary fan, so i hear/read everything that happens with Hilary;)

well, who cares? and better question, why do you care if Hillary Duff and Joel Madden broke up? maybe if everyone knew each other, and you had it bad for either Hillary Duff or Joel Madden, than i would understand. but, i can't see how it would effect anyone's day if they either ate lunch together, robbed a bank together, or even lit their millions of dollars aflame in a drunken stupor.
