I've been using Certain Dry for about 6 years now. Now that I'm pregnant, I am wondering, is this product safe to use during pregnancy? The reason I'm asking is, it has the same active ingredient as Drysol, a prescription deodorant and Drysol says that you should ask your dr if you are pregnant. Has anyone else used Certain Dry or asked their doctors if this product is ok? Please help...I don't want to give up my antiperspirant for the next 9 months.

It will be ok, when my mom was pregnant with me she smoked, drank and did some drugs, and I turned out ok, then my dad dropped me on my head and once left me in a department store. Still ok here

No over the counter antiperspirant is unsafe to use while pregnant unless it is noted on the package. The product drysol probably has high concentrations or other ingredients that cause it to be questionable with pregnancy.

That stuff is pretty potent. I would definitely ask your Dr. Bring the bottle in with you when you do so he can see what's in it. There are lots of other things you can use that are just as good. Don't put your baby at risk for something silly like anit perspirant.
