Publisher's Clearing House does actually give awy ten million dollars to someone picked by random drawing. One does have to have the winning number, and one must have sent in an entry. It is not necessary to buy anything to enter the PCH giveaways, but one cannot win without entering. The chances of winning are not really good, about one in 100,000,000, but it only costs a stamp to enter.
Is it a come on to urge you to buy things? Yes it is!
You may notive in looking through what is offered for sale, that you probably have no need whatsoever for any of it.
Their magazine subscription prices are, however, pretty good.
