There's a local joke:

What's the difference between summer and winter in Vancouver? In winter the rain is a little colder.

Its a rainy climate but when the sun comes out in the summer it is glorious.

It has lots of rain , mostly during winter ( Nov-Feb )but Not that much snow ...

Lovely summer and spring

and you always have to have your eyeglass and umbrella with you :) + a jacket even in summer
