No, went to bed at 10.30pm. Kids in bed, husband at work. Nothing for me to celebrate so was watching Pirates of the Caribbean 2 which was so boring I fell asleep. Did not even wake up when fireworks went off, (which I think should be totally banned as they are dangerous, a noise nuisance as nobody has respect when letting them off after 10pm at night, and scaring my dogs)

No although I nearly did as I was at home (have a four week old baby so no partying for me!) and the whole village had a power cut at 11.45pm! So we saw in the New Year sitting in the dark!!!
Then the fireworks started, my dogs started barking (my Jack Russell is terrified of fireworks) my baby started crying etc.
Went to bed about 2am only to be woken up by some pissheads having a fight in the street right outside our front windows. Lay in bed just waiting to hear them being smashed! My collie ran to the door and went mad, barking hysterically (being protective of his family!)
Then baby woke up again. Finally got to sleep about 4am only to be woken up again by more drunks in the street, more barking from my dogs and baby crying at 4.30am.
Pretty knackered today!

No, I went to bed about 4 am this morning, had to wait for the fireworks to finish, my dog is terrified of them and wouldn't settle so I sat up and cuddled her, happy new year and all the best.

My wife went up at 11.45 cus she's was up from 5am but i passed out about 3.30 my head still hurts but it was worth it

i was on Yahoo then got off just in time to watch the countdown and fireworks!!
Sydney, Australia had the best fireworks display .. they spared no expense this year..
was awwwwwweeeesome ...
then when it was over .. i came back on yahoo =)
