I want to buy a new graphic card
I have MSI k8 motherboard.I am sure that it has AGP 8X slot
But not sure about pcl-E slot.
so pl tell me how to know about it ?

if you have an agp slot. it is very unlikely youhave a pci-e, goto msi support and look up yuor xact board, they will have diagrams and specs on your board

Actually, you haven't provided enough information. K8 refers to the CPU socket. Need the exact model number to tell if it has a PCI-E slot.

Take the side off and look for the long slots. I am sure it has at least 2 pci slots.

If you have XP you can look it up under System Information.

start-all programs-accessories-system tools--system information

Also, the computer manufacturer's website should have the specs for your computer.
