i want the best university i can afford to go to,and get a a perfect education in a good campus,i still haven't chosen a major yet.good housin.a university that can really kill my *** off studying and guarantee me a good future.i enjoy studying hard if its worth it,.and i wanna study hard,u know wut i mean?

This is what I thought when I was in high school.But some of friends they study in American.Doesn't seem that well.Of course they R from prestigious Unis..To balance the requiements that U said might B very hard.Beause most American Unis' tuition fees R much higher than other countries.Maybe U should consider other outstnding Universities in Canada as well.Probably might fit your requirements.

AUB: American University in Beirut ( don't mind with the political status in Beirut, that university is REALLY good )
I heard about AUC: American University in Cairo
there's LAU: Lebanese American University it's pretty good
AUB and LAU are chartered in the state of New York

I would suggest you look at schools in Canada then.
