I must confess I never have. That is why I no longer make them rigidly, but as aims with regard to what I will attempt in a given year. So far it has worked for me.

Well I wouldn't actually say I stuck to them from the beginning of the year, I grew my nails in 2005 after biting them for 45 years and I gave up the ciggies last year after been a smoker for 27 years, I tend to wait till spring to start a new years resolution as I seem to have better luck with them at that time of the year, this year I want to lose a couple of stone, spring is just round the corner so I'll be starting then, happy new year and all the best.
