Absolutely.
It's comedy at its finest.
The characters are superb, the scripts are intelligent, the acting is sublime (especially David Hyde Pierce), and to see a pompous buffoon get his come-uppance each episode is wonderful.
Also there are moments of pathos, which is what all good comedy should have.
The funniest show on TV.
In the UK the 5th series has recently been released on DVD.
I have them all, and can't wait for the rest of them to come out.

No way.

Best 2 comedies were Seinfeld and Arrested Development. Frasier is not even 3rd.

The very best. So deboniar, yet funny and witty. So orgininal. A classic. The cast is perfect for the roles. Even the dog. Most of the wit hidden in the unsaids.

I will watch it over and over a again.

Another word............ timeless

I think it is a wonderful way for idiots to think themselves to be clever.
It is moronic and purile, with facile story lines and charachters that are designed to make the viewer feel better about themselves.
if the viewer is a fool.
It lacks any real depth of story and there is no charachter development.
The premise that a cop could afford such a lavish education for his kids is also lame.

Absolutely!

So handsome, so debonair!

Seriously though, it is the only sitcom I have ever seen that marries literary wit with farce and great timing.

It was surely the most original sitcom to come out of America.

No! Not me........yet another boring American import with the ability to make even the most determined of insomniacs fall asleep!

I'd rather watch paint dry!

No. It wasn't even a comedy. Canned laughter, forced scripts. American drivel.

Biggest waste of space to come out of America. Would not give it the time of day. Would rather clean up dog poo from outside in the garden.

No, I think Fawlty Towers is better, though neither are number one.
