My parents' 60th wedding anniversary. The whole family, and some extended family, were there when they renewed their vows. And we partied afterwards. :) :) :)

The 'most intriguing'? Talking my way out of 'paperwork not in order' with the border guards... now that was intriguing... and I don't care to relive it, either!
