i want long nails in a month pls help!?

Question

i want my nails to grow roughly 3cm in a month...what can i do to make them grow faster? they are short but not brittle. i every once in a while bite them, but not often. what products can i use or foods can i eat or any other tricks to get them to grow about 3cm a month?

You can't really speed up the growth of your nails (or hair) without taking prescription drugs. They grow about 1 cm on average but yours may grow more than most.

Just be patient and don't bite your fingernails :-)

by long nails, you want 3 centimeter long nails?!? woah.. i dont think that is even possible. i have long nails but the longest my tip (the white bit) has ever been is like 5 mms and ive been told that is really long, and i can get my nails to grow that much in a month so i think you can too. but 3 centimeters, i doubt it is possible, and why do you want it that long??? good luck anyways bye. =)

ok just eat 3 cubes of jelly a day, this is the best, my nan does this and her nails are super long and strong.
also keep the nails well mousturised and conditioned with rubbing lotion on them, to prevent any snapping.

Knox gelitan for nails does help but you have to give it like 3 months or so. Handle rubber bands a lot and that will help keep them out of your mouth.

well, i know about this one type of finger nail polish you can use. you can use it with your other nail polishes too. and about the nail biting thing, soak them in some Cheyenne pepper for about 20 minutes.

prenatal vitamins...i used to bite my nails real bad...had stubs for nails...started taking prenatals...in 2 weeks i cooldnt believe how long my nails were...i promise it works
