Why some countries think they can compromise with terrorist groups??

why some civilized countries think they can copromised with uncivilized terrorist Groups?
why liberals try to ununited USA in this sensitive situation?!
im not american but i like your country as leading civilized country in the world( in my thought!)

i m against war,but whats the meaning of compromised with terrorist groups in iraq?!it s your weakness or their weakness?? they dont anything about life and peace that we looking for it......if my english is not good,sorry me!!

Because there are a lot of people who just don't get that sometime
there are situations that talking simply doesn't work and actually has the opposite effect, by giving the enemy the impression that you're weak or scared, which emboldens them, and this is one of those occasions.

Compromise has often worked much better than the alternative, which certainly lends a touch of legitimacy to the idea of "live and let live". It's truly sad to see intelligent people like you prove to be so profoundly, pathetically ignorant when it comes to knowing, and more importantly, understanding, world history. Just as sad is your profound bigotry towards social groups you don't begin to understand, calling them "uncivilized terrorist groups". I called American Indians "uncivilized" and "barbarians" until I went to live amongst them. Dawg, what an eye-opener that was! Then I began to read the history of my own ancestors' experiences when they emigrated to the Americas, and had the other eye opened: the Irish weren't greeted with angelic choirs and free beer when they landed on these shores. they try to compromise not beacuse they have lost their minds...

but they have a responsibility to the people who voted them into power...

and non compromise will only take more lives....

a compromise...whether or not it is reached, is as you said, a civilised manner of taking action...preventing the loss of lives, property, and public confidence from plummeting...

from a realist point of view, it gives politicians sth to do...sth to work for....gives the public sth to prevent adding to the happenings....and takes some time away from the idiots who kill so mercilessly....

think about it...terrorists are not born....they are made...they are still human...if nothing extreme affected them, then why would absolutely sane humans turn extremists? why do we support campaigns to end poverty and AIDS? beacuse we believe in them...we believe that it is right...and it is good for society...so we fight for the cause....thats what they are doing...and perhaps what they are fighting for is due to the discrimination and lack of attention that society gave to them....

by trying to compromise, governments might give them what society didnt...

all in a hope that the hatred and killing will end....


and HOPE is the essence of life isnt it?
