Camden is but out of those I give it to Cleveland. Actually I think Toledo is the ghettoist Ohio city, but that's just a combination of personal opinion and first-person observation.

It's not a city at all. Ghettoes are parts of cities. The city does not define poverty. And why are all of your cities in Ohio?? That can't be good for your local tourism trade. ;-)
