If a man smokes at all, it decreases his potency. when you smoke, the blood vessels constrict, and that makes it harder for blood to get to places. This does include to the testicles, and if there is only minimal blood flow, it can severely reduce the number of healthy sperm, as well as the number of sperm in general.
The best way to change that is to be smoke free for 6 months.

I say with confidence that smoking does affect the creation ability in man. Smoking is very bad habit and it is one of the very despisable habits which is not good for men as well as for women. It also affect lungs and also sexual capability. It has necotine, which is very a bad poison and does affect sexual inclination and also affect germs to die down due to necotine caused in t he body due to smoking. Smoking must therefore be avoided by both men and women.
