Kinda like when Clinton took credit for the fall of the Solvet Union and various events of that period. Would we see a flip flop before our eyes and Democratic memory grows dark again?

You know it. All of a sudden there will be all kinds of human interest stories on the network news. Instead of the protests they report on being replaced by pictures of kids playing soccer, women going to college, people openly talking about their government, you know the things we take for granted here.

Sticking another dipstick politician isn't going to fix the situation in Iraq, no matter what party affiliation they've got. There's a civil war, and it's looking ripe for another extremist takeover. I'd be REALLY surprised if having a Dem in the white house changed anything about the situation for the positive, and unfortunately there seem to be no good solutions to this flustercuck.

I think so, only because the media will then begin reporting the war in context and show the good things that are happening. I personally blame the media for the a lot of the mistakes we have in Iraq, in many ways, they've acted traitorously.

President Bush is doing everything in his power to make sure the Democrats win the next presidential election. There is only one success in Iraq, get our troops out and leave the middle easterners to continue to fight amongst themselves, like they have been doing for two thousand years.

Since Bush will no longer be sponsoring the Iraqi civil war, it kind of makes sense that Iraq will calm down with a Democrat in office.

Stop swallowing. That isn't filet mignon they're feeding you...
