He got them from a lot of chemical suppliers in, America, Britain, France, Russia, Spain, Turkey!..They readily supplied him with the chemicals for making phosgene, blister gases, cyanide, All sorts of equipment for his labs to manufacture the stuff!..And then when he was caught using it on innocent Kurds and others he didn't like..The suppliers all denied any knowledge of it!.As did their governments!..It truly boggles the mind!..But business is business you see?..Money to be made in petrodollars, And the big corporate has no conscience where money is to be made!.....

He got the weapons from the US. To be fair we also armed Iran. We were funding both sides of the war to hedge our bets.
The Kurds who were gassed were on the border of Iran, it was an accidental gassing of them, they were as awful as it sounds, in the way.

I understand that most of that stuff came from Germany, France and many of our fine allies. Shipped without inspection from Jordan and Turkey (or allies). He got that stuff using bribes in the Oil for food program.
