Reimer's belief that the value of Privacy is the Creation-of-self?

I want information on Reimer's belief that the value of Privacy is the Creation-of-self.

have searched high and low and couldn't find .....but do belief that the creation of self is important and to be anonymous is all part of it could this be why we cant find him or her
