I think that people are happy to see a new one in their house coz either they are evil, and want their children to suffer in this ruthless world or are plain stupid to bring an innocent life on earth which is more often malevolent than benevolent towards a life. Want your views on this one.

This one is for kitty. You say that babies are hopes for people, but what will happen when that girl is raped and killed by a molester at a young age or your boy goes up to be a gangster or a drug addicted hermit. What do you have to say for this?

Because people become sad when someone is dead.
Two events are opposite to each other.

Wow are you serious? Do you loathe your own existence that much??? I feel for ya my brother. Yo, I have 2 boys (one 5 and one is 8 months), and I am not evil nor am I plain stupid. But before I go any further, let me say I take no offense to your comments, because it's obvious that you have no children. I brought both my children in this world with joy. Is this world perfect? No. Are there horrible acts that go on everyh day and wars every time you turn around, sure. But does that mean that you don't leave your home every day and go to the store, hang out with freinds, go to work? Life must go on. Will I do everything in my power to make life a safe place for them? Without a doubt. Can I protect them from all the bad things they will see and experience? Nope. But there is so much about this world that is good and beautiful, and not all of the world is malevolent towards life. Life is a beautiful thing and bringing into the world is no more evil than falling in love and all the other things that make the world worth being in. Besides, the world is no more corrupt now than it was at the dawn of humanity....it's just better publicized now. So are you angry your mother gave you life? Are you angry you are here? Do you find no reason for existence? If yes to any of those, I hope that this changes for you soon.

Take Care

I get your point, it's not a nice world to be born into. On the other hand, maybe people have hope for the future and think that by the time the baby grows up the world might be a nicer place.

Anyway, I'm happy my mother give birth to me 30 years ago. It's a miserable world but I still derive some pleasure from it.

Friend, I know that this is hard to understand, we live in a place where sadness is constant in our lives, and we feel angry because we are alone, we have no one to talk to, no one to be with us when we really need it.
But in all this sad and unhappy place there are only few things that make life worth while like your wedding, your first love, your romantic relationship with the person you love the most, and among others, the birth of your child. Yes I agree I do feel sad for those children for coming in to this world of sin but you have to get past that, if it's your child you would be feeling all sorts of things like the child is your flesh and blood and that he looks so innocent or that his future is in your hands.
We act happy in the eyes of a child but deep inside we feel sad for them because they, like us have a very long road ahead and all we can do is enjoy to moment and make him/her happy now to not grow up and feel only the dark side of life. We sacrifice ourselves for them so they may one day make the world a better place. That is why we when a child is born.

Dude you have it so wrong! Life is a blessing! Things are only horrible if you make it that way. Sure life is hard, but having children brings so much happiness in this world. Children are a blessing dude. Seems like your the one who is miserable! Children pave the way for the future.

i don't agree with you. baby is a form hope that whatever happens life will always continue. its a form beauty, a form of smile which comes crying and makes us happy because in that pure cry lies hope, happiness, sadness and everything which we come to experince in this life. this world is not ruthless. every coin has two sides. a glass can be half empty or half full.

It could be that some people are optimistic. I know this is hard for you to buy into, it is a reality. Some of us are happy because we have hope that our children will not grow up to be as negative as you. Positive minded people will look for solutions to problems instead of focusing on the negative and creating more problems.

Traditionally, there is a popular saying that "Every new born child brings the message that the Creator has still hope in Man !"

I agree with you, the nicest thing a parent could do for their child and for the planet, is the kill the child or never concieve it in the first place. Ideally killing it after it reaches the age of 3 would be nice because there are no problems before then, but the parents would become too attached.
