Well that would depend on how far a long you were early pregancies yes you could just have what looks like your period and not even know you had it or were pregant at all . how ever it you are two months three months or even further along you will most likey get some cramping and heavier bleeding. I would also recommend and this is from my own experiences that you see your dr to make sur eyou dotn have any of the pregancy still left inside you . if you do it will cause some problems for you later on . I hope this has helped you I am not a dr and just going by my own experiences I have had three earlier on and at serveral months. I am sorry to hear this and I hope you know it wasnt your fault so dont blame yourselfs and you should know a miscarriage is your bodys way of getting rid of a pregancy were there was already something wrong You can miscarry at seven months 5 months months it can happen to you at any time . good luck in the further

It depends on how far along you are when you have a miscarriage. I have had 5 miscarriages and when I had mine I was under 12 weeks with all of them Usually happened when I was 6-8 weeks along. Usually when you have a miscarriage you will bleed and have some cramping and there will be blood clots. The farther along you are the more clots you will have. If you feel that you did have or are having a miscarriage then you need to call your Dr in case you will need a d.n.c. Good luck to you.

Spontaneous abortion (SAB) or miscarriage is the term used for a pregnancy that ends on it's own, within the first 20 weeks of gestation.
There are different symptoms for different gestational ages. Here are some very good links to help you learn what you need to know!

p.s. after 20 weeks it is considered to be a "stillborn delivery".
