MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SELLERS FEEDBACK TO SEE WHETHER PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY WITH THEM. IF THEY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION, LEAVE WELL ALONE.
ASK THE SELLER THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM AND WHETHER IT CAN BE USED IN THIS COUNTRY. KEEP ANY COMMUNICATION IN CASE YOU NEED IT LATER. EG IF THEY SAY IT CAN BE USED HERE THEN YOU FIND YOU CANT, YOU CAN PROVE ANY LIES THEY MAY HAVE TOLD.
MAKE SURE YOU PAY BY PAYPAL AS THEN THE SELLER CANNOT SAY PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED. ALSO IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG AND YOU NEED A REFUND, PAYPAL WILL HANDLE ANY CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF. IF THEY DONT ACCEPT PAYPAL, BE WEARY. PERSONALLY I WOULDNT BUY FROM THEM

I would check the history of the seller and the comments previous owners have left. If he does not accept paypal i would not do the transaction because papal has an anti fraud gaurentee. But if its too good to be true then I would be really carefull.

It is alright to buy one from e-bay but i dont know about Singapore....I just bought a phone from e-bay and it is in perfect condition, notthing is wrong with it just like the description said.

I wouldnt touch it with a bargepole. It may be cheaper but it might have been stolen too and been blocked for uk useage.
