I basically wanted to create a couple of questions with options.
And calculate the score. Do I need any java script, can someone recommend any template

Id personally prefer to use jsp or asp whatver you're adept in :)

You can get another page to "read" in the state of the radio buttons in the other page :)

However, js would work just as fine.. you can check the score right there in that page without having to use another page to compute ;)
