Yes it can be repaired. You should go to the store where you bought it, or even better, to an Apple Center.

When your friend put his ipod next to a magnet the ipod will have lost all its memory and it is also damaged badly. I doubt that there is any repair for the ipod. Try to take it to a apple factory outlet and they can probably help you.

You should see the size behind the iPod.
But your iPod is badly damaged. You can not fix it yourself.
Go to the shop where you bought it. If you are lucky they would give you a new one or they will tell the directions to the factory. Go to the factory and explain someone what happened and they would try to fix it. They would probaly fix it easlily but it depends how long the magnets were next to your iPod. Good luck and have a happy new year.

There are chances that it cant be repaired. Maybe all the memory is erased. Try to go to an apple outlet and i am sure it cna be repaired but will cost a lot!! Best of luck!!

It should probably be able to be repaired but at an expensive price so it might be easier to buy another one which would be cheaper!

Why on earth did he do that?? Ring up the company and ask, you have to talk to a specialist-I doubt you can fix it yourself.
