i'm a similar age as you, and that i'm 5'a million. My Dad is over 6ft and my mom is 5'6. My brother is 21 and he's 5'7, which i assume potential that we've been given my mom's area of the genes and we are short. I distinctly doubt i could strengthen taller than 5'3. basically watch what you consume. Have lots of calcium, vegetables and fish that may help with boost even inspite of the shown fact that it somewhat is specifically genetics which make certain how tall you're. on the grounds which you basically became 15, there continues to be time which potential theres a huge gamble you may strengthen taller. basically provide your self time.

This is the simplest way to check your height weight ratio...Measure your height in Centimeters and what ever reading you get minus 100 from it it will give you the weight you should be. Eg If you are 134.62cm- 100 your weight should be approx 34.62 ie 35 kgs ( if you are healthy )

I am your mota didi, and rightly has a right to advise you. Watch your BMI Body Mass Index and try to keep it at 22.
BMI= weight in kgs divided by height in centimeters square.
