That depends on the problem... first of all magnets can be dangerous if you have an infection or cancer or any type of growth going on in the body.
THe south side of a magnet gives energy. The north side takes energy from the area.
That being said it may help if you have a over energized meridian or organ. It may not help if you put a south side magent there and you body is already over energized.
The only way to tell if it would help you or not would be using Kinesiology to test yourself before and after the bracelet was placed on your body.
THere is no one right way for everyone.

There is no way those weak magnets are doing anything at all! If people say they work it is either the "placebo effect" or they are lying.

I really don't know ...........ask your doctor.! He should have a worth while opinion and answer! All of us out here can only give a layman's opinion.

It's all about vibrational energy...there's not enough evidence to say they work however, it's better to do something natural than nothing.
