Bloody useless what a way to let down such loyal fans!At times i think Arsenal players just went there to loose!
Why cant the pitch be covered before the matches and if it rains or snows at match time tough! stupid fa officials do u have to be a geniues to figure such things out?Why arent there any fully covered stadiums in england?

Ther were two many players playing together that are not normally first teamers. I agree about the beast but would still like to see him play 4 or 5 games to get him match fit. We could hardly string two passes together without giving the ball away, and should have had more shots on goal then the three we managed, especially when they lost their goalie. Hoyte played terrible , and for the first time I witnessed a player in Nade getting the better of Toure which was worrying. I don't think you will witness us playing as bad as that again and once our squad is injury free, we'll be a formidable force again. Imagine Chelsea without Terry, Lampard and Drogba, well our squad at the moment is more depleted then that, so can only get better. Just to remind the jealous spuds that we them and Liverpool 3-0, and drew with the chavs all without Henry so we're not that bad.

Sadly Arsenal have faded to a degree that they seem to rely purely on Henry and when he doesn't play they struggle. Problem there is too many foreign players who roll over when touched and can't play in English winters. Wenger should get some home grown talent in there instead of just buying from abroad continually. It really embarrasses me to see English teams with no Englishmen in them. Even Chelski have a couple.

As far as the pitches are concerned you have to remember that this is England and the conditions we get are what players have endured for over 100 years. Covering pitches with roofs is not the answer. This causes erratic grass growth and the pitch needs to be continually relaid which is both time consuming and expensive. Not only that but players do not like playing on loose surfaces and injuries are more likely to happen. The best way is to have proper drainage and under-soil heating and you have to bear in mind that we are experiencing unusually wet weather at present.

As far as your defeat at Sheffield's hands was 'the worst match of the year' perhaps you should listen to Wenger. If Arsenal would have won that one 1 - 0 he would have hailed it as a great victory. The man is two-faced in a similar mould to Morhino. When he complains about the physical side of the game he forgets how the great Viera used to dish it out, although he rolled over like a stuck pig when someone touched him. It seems OK for Arsenal to play dirty but not anyone else. They should toughen up or tell the players to stop winging and get used to the physical English game and play like men.

I'm not a fan of arsenal, in fact i dislike them very much, but firstly, you cannot blame the players. They are a team made up of young players, that if Arsene Wenger can keep them together for the next 3 years or so, will probably be virtually unbeatable. Give them a chance. Secondly, this is BRITISH football... not softy continental Europe football, and players should be able to perform whatever the weather, and no matter how bad the pitch. Granted, if the ball won't roll like in the Watford game, then it should be abandoned, but if the bal moves, and you can see it... game on.

Maybe there should be an FA ruling whereby any team who plays Arsenal should surrender any lead they have and allow Arsenal to win.

Yet Another Arsenal fan throwing his toys out of the pram, Arsenal lost because Sheffield Utd got at them and scored more goals than the Gunners. Forgive me for saying this but I thought that was what you had to do in football.

Terrible match, and no offence to the rest of you Arsenal fans, but speaking as someone who isn't a Gooner but has a friend who is, i'm absolutely going to have to wind him up about that score..

On the plus side Sean Bean will be happy...

You lost Boo-hoo! Sheffield United played better than you because quite a few arsenal players are scared of getting themselves dirty. IT'S A MAN'S GAME STOP PLAYING LIKE BLOODY WOMEN!
