Our military (including Reserves and Active) employs around three million. This means that there are quite a lot of "cowards" running around.
Just because they don't join doesn't make them cowards.
It's their choice. Last I checked, we don't have a draft, and presidents' children are not required to fight in their fathers' wars.

Please refrain from using "yellow-bellied cowards" on this site.....there are a lot of nonparticipants on here,who have created an assortment of excuses for not joining the military,and I doubt they choose that particular one very often, as true as it may seem to others.....
