be supportive of your friend, coming out is a very difficult choice, but one that can really be freeing for that person...they're the same person as before, if he/she is really your friend, don't let this change anything!

She's your best friend, so you tell her "I love you. Please let me know how I can support you in this process." Some people in her life may react negatively. You can be the person she can tell about that.

wouldnt bother me in the slightest.
