To expand slightly on the above answer, "A strict answer to your question is 'let them warm up'....!" and then add to the resulting liquid 5.26% by volume of dihydrogen monoxide. Yields 95% solution.

Since ethanol's melting point is -114C, I don't see how you have got any "ethanol crystals".

A strict answer to your question is "let them warm up"....!
