there is software called "Satellite for PC" out there. i use it to watch most of the TV (NBC, ABC etc..) on line. I managed to download it from bittorrent.

i recently installed winamp, it's a great programme it alows you to listen to all kinds of radio stations and also watch tv shows, haven't watched much yet, i installed it for the music, so you might wanna try that,
