It's Dame Helen Mirren. She recently starred in the new movie "The Queen", and she's most famous for her role as Inspector Jane Tennison in "Prime suspect 1 (1991) to the Prime Suspect:The Final Act (2006)". Excellent series to watch, I highly recommend it esp. if you are are mystery fan.
