The problem with politics is that so many of us do not make broad understanding a priority. We watch the news and (partially) digest the semi-coherent content provided. We recognize the incompleteness of our understanding, so in an attempt to understand the vast mosaic of global politics, we input our own perceptions and prejudices. If we are lazy, we adopt someone else's editorialization as our own.
Either way, our understanding is, ultimately lacking. We savor in its reinforcement by those that have adopted a similar view and we regress to vitriolic name-calling with those who do not. In this way, we are able to safely avoid a critical analysis of the world around us and maintain astounding beliefs. In this case, the implication that gravel, or the poster have a better understanding of the current issues of the day, then someone who is constantly briefed by experts.

Not sure of the order, but President Bush's IQ will be significantly higher than that of the person who asked this nonsensical question.

I must say that your question is rather (forgive me) stupid. It sounds to me that you voted for babyBush and you have guilt pangs. I do not blame you. The only ones more stupid that babybush are those who voted for him.
Therein lies the drama of and the trauma of democracy- American style.
Which does not say much for the Supreme Court or Sandra Day O'Connor (the deciding vote)
