You have no time for your wife because of work priorities and possibly dont communicate very well as a result. What lacks in most marriages is LOVE from men to wives and RESPECT from wives to men. Hence the reason God commands men to love their wives and commands wives to respect their men. Start expressing your love verbally to her. Watch how quickly she begins to respect you again. A marriage has to be worked on all the time by both partners, just like a partnership at work needs communication, respect and tolerance. You must love her unconditionally.
If I may, I would like to suggest you read the book LOVE AND RESPECT by DR EMERSON EGGERICHS. This wil put things back into perspective and it really works.
