You probably have pressed the shift key down alot or have pressed some other key. I think there is a problem with your keyboard or something or maybe you accidentally press keys when its booting up. Be careful.

Sometimes beeps come from system prompts that come up on screen, or even when new email arrives. Usually this is a sign that your sound card drivers aren't installed correctly.

the last time i had the beep sound was due to the power supply which caused overheating.

I suggest you go speak to this neighbor. Most FCC licensed Ham Radio operators are more than willing to resolve a problem. And in any case they might be able to pinpoint the source. Go knock on the door. Good luck
