I was raised by adopted parents. Father is a quantum physics research scientist & Professor at Princeton with an IQ of 160 and my mother developed techniques for cloning animals in private research after graduating from Cambridge at the top of her class, her IQ being 150.
My real parents were an alcoholic gravedigger with a 3rd grade education (IQ unknown) and a burned out drug addicted bimbo prostitute with an IQ of about 70.
I am a full professor at Oxford and have developed and perfected cryogenically altered genetic code for the flap winged dragonfly. I have received several prestigious awards for my work which will contribute to altering genetic code for humans. My IQ is 165.
So is my genius genetic or environmentally induced?
Please tell me your thoughts you cretinous peons.

I guess Jim won't be getting the 10 points. By the way you spelled your name wrong, it's Gym.

A little flight of fantasy, with the morning coffee, does seem to make the day a bit more cheerful.

I get your point however your biological father does not discriminate when digging a grave nor does God when he is putting people to sleep.
People are made up of lots of factors and yes genes has a lot to do with it as had environment. Your Alcoholic grave digging father may have had a high IQ also and just never got the breaks through his upbringing and decided to give you up to make sure you fulfilled your potential, and you quite clearly did.
I reckon the gravedigger is the cleverest of all, dont you? Lets have a drink to the man.
Cheers

well if your story is true, or even made up really, obviously its genetic.. but if you went the opposite way and became an alcoholic or drug addict, or a grave digger, then I would have to say that your personality, or IQ as you refer to it (same thing in my eyes, but I am just a cretinous peon) was environmentally effected.
Yet since you mentioned God in the beginning, regardless of which one you ended up, God made you that way regardless of either factor. Kids from "smart" parents have ended up with lives... well.. wasted, and kids from "dumb" parents end up being at the same level as, according to you, that you are.

Atheists make no such claims approximately technological expertise and gods, because of the fact atheists comprehend that technological expertise in basic terms deals with the organic international. Supernatural entities are with the aid of definition no longer under the parameters of technological expertise. What we desire is a few objective, verifiable info that a god exists, yet this info want no longer be "scientific" if it could meet the 1st 2 parameters. Atheists have been asking you theists to back up your claims for the existence of gods long in the past modern-day technological expertise.

A good seed will do well in good conditions, but even the best seed will wither and die without proper water and good conditions. A weaker seed can also prosper with good conditions.
But the "Please tell me your thoughts you cretinous peons."
Indicates you are a possible a LOSER -
sorry , maybe you are actually the product of your bio-mother , devil spawn -
of neither god nor environment .

thanks for the closing insult
different IQ tests yield different results
you spelled your avatar name wrong "Quetzlcoatlus" should have an 'a' after the 'z' for the pterosaur, or you could simply drop the 'us' at the end, add that A and have your avatar named after the aztec deity
your "genius" seems to be mostly made up of arrogance

Your genius is a product of self-deception and may in fact have been caused by your adoptive parents telling you they had jobs that they don't actually have.
