If you are 18 or under, you shouldn't be having SEX! >>> SEZ WHO...... YOU THEIR MOTHER ???
If parents raised them better, they'd act right !!!
Don't blame the brats for acting like it.
With enough frequency, anything can be a stress reliever.
Walking in the park, around the block, anywhere else. Or doing other repetitive activities that make you happy or CHANGE YOUR MOOD can be a stress reliever.
Unless your a CRIER when you do it. >>BOO HOO BOO HOO
or a constant yapper, that doesn't shut up.
That could be very stressful, esp to your partner who cannot concentrate.

The scientific explanation is that whenever we indulge in physical exertion, any kind be it jogging, weight training or SEX,there are ephedrine secretions inside the body and ephedrine is a relaxant hence yes sex can be pretty useful. But then again it depends on the sexual experience itself, whether it ends in satisfaction for you,if not stress will most probably double
with added restlessness.

Caffeine is an excellent natural nicotine substitute, because it offers many of the "beneficial" effects attributed to nicotine. Natural sources of caffeine include dark chocolate, green tea, black tea and coffee, it is not associated with any significant health risks unless you have certain medical conditions or exceed more than ten cups of coffee per day. It helps to prevent from gaining weight as a result of smoking cessation, and they may help your body to recover from cellular damage related to tobacco use.

Sex should be a stress reliever anyway. Being with the person that you love should be a stress reliever.
