I have my website with geocities, it is free but with certain limitations and also has adverts.

Try http://www.bravenet.com it's the best. But there'll be banner and poppup ads on your site, and you're unable to remove them, except you pay.
But you can also try http://www.ueuo.com but it's kind of hard, and there're just lots of ads. To remove them, you just need to adjust the codes. Very easy, less ads.

you wont find anywhere that will let you do it for free... as my economics teacher told me TINSTAAFL... there is no such thing as a free lunch.... you have to pay for web hosting... sometimes your domain name and a design program
