i don't think they watch you or your pics, too many people use the sight, don't know personally about the R rated pics, I don't want any one to see ME naked.

I would suggest flickr.com as you can access it anywhere, set the permisison level to public or private (so uncle fred doesn't get to see you bull riding in your knickers) and you can meet other people via the friends/contacts thingy that it provides.
