It is perfectly normal for males to fantasize about women. If it's becoming a very big problem to the point where you can't concentrate you might want to see a therapist.

No, it is not normal. Your mind is probably trying to fulfil an inadequecy that you feel. This may be physical or emotional. You might consider counselling-therapy.
