She is super desperate, asking me lots of times for sex, but I had never agree before. She has 40 over sex partners, who includes her own cousins, REAL SISTER(licking each other), teacher, strangers, and friends. She even had 6some, with 5 guys before.
The problem is she is only 14!! How can I help this poor little kid? I'm afraid she already has HIV now..

I'm sorry but I wouldn't want to hang out with her for fear of catching something. I'm not saying she is a bad person but she definitely has problems. The best thing you could do for her as a friend is to call Child Protection Services. She will be upset with you at first but will be glad in the long run. Please call them right now.

She gets her self-esteem through sex. She desperately needs a friend who will accept her for who she is and not sleep with her. Yes, she needs professional help, but she also needs something more subtle which is someone who will just be her friend and accept her.
